Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room was just average, but the perfect spot for my morning coffee outside. However, there were concerning blood stains on the carpet and curtains. The service was attentive, especially with accommodating a late cancellation without extra charges. The location met our needs for a wedding in Haverhill, although the property showed signs of aging and needed a facelift. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were scattered everywhere with a faint smell. The staff, though helpful, had moments of rudeness. The proximity to the loud highway was a major downside, disrupting my sleep, but I did enjoy my morning coffee outside.
I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were fine with a balcony, but they had a dated feel and the bathtub filled up during my shower, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch, making me feel like I was at a five-star hotel in NYC, but the presence of dirty gym socks was a turn-off. The location was convenient for my needs, despite needing a facelift. The dining experience was a highlight with fresh omelettes and all-you-can-eat bacon but could have offered more variety. Overall, the stay was decent but had its share of ups and downs.
